How It Works
A "concept café" (kon-kafe) is a Japanese café & bar where costumed staff — called casts — chat with you while you enjoy drinks. Here is all you need to know.
Just walk in — no reservation needed. Choose an all-you-can-drink set with no additional cover charge, or pay the hourly cover charge plus at least one separately priced drink. Feel free to tell the staff it's your first visit.
Choose an all-you-can-drink course (alcohol or soft drinks) and enjoy talking with the casts. They will happily lead the conversation, so don't worry about your Japanese.
If you like, take a cheki (instant photo) with a cast, or buy a drink for your favorite cast. These are completely optional — never required.

Lily Maid is a refined maid café & bar in Kobe Sannomiya. Our maids, dressed in classic maid costumes, welcome you with heartfelt omotenashi hospitality — "Welcome home, Master / Milady."
Two signature costumes color the café: the traditional black dress with its elegant, refined charm, and the graceful white dress with a pure, high-quality beauty.
Recommended for first-timers, women and couples — a calm, friendly atmosphere you can enjoy at your own pace.
Good To Know
Just drop by. On event days it can get busy, so checking our official X (Twitter) beforehand is recommended.
Solo visits and women are both welcome. Friends, couples and groups are all welcome.
We open at 18:00. Closing time varies; please check with the store (irregular holidays — please check our X before visiting).
An all-you-can-drink soft-drink course is available (Men ¥2,000 / Women ¥1,500 per hour). No additional cover charge applies to the all-you-can-drink course.
Come as you are — casual clothes are fine. You can enjoy a short visit starting from 1 hour.
Cheki photos with the casts are available. For other photography inside the café, please ask the staff.

Lily Maid is on Shimoyamate-dori, right next to Kobe's main downtown — a 7-minute walk from JR Sannomiya Station, 5 minutes from Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station and 3 minutes from Subway Sannomiya Station.

M's GROUP
Same price system, all within walking distance of each other — café-hopping is easy. What differs is the concept, interior and costumes: all cast members work across the three cafés, and which café each cast member works at changes from day to day. Check the shift schedule before your visit. Events are always held jointly by all three cafés — see the joint event list.
Walk-ins are welcome. If you'd like to book a seat in advance, you can use our reservation site (in Japanese).
